This Code of Ethics establishes the principles and standards of conduct that govern the operations of COTA LTDA in the areas of labor, health and safety, environmental protection, and business ethics. It applies to all plants, our own personnel, contracted personnel, seasonal harvesting and packing workers, suppliers, and primary producers who are part of our citrus supply chain.
This Code also seeks to ensure that our business conduct is consistent with our Mission, Vision, and Values, which are an essential part of our cooperative.
